Your place in Ravenna
Via Marconi – A Student Place is a modern student residence in Ravenna, open since November 2025. Residents have their own furnished room in an apartment with a private kitchen and bathroom, as well as access whenever they like to our study room, shared living area, coffee corner and laundry facilities. All communal areas have controlled access and 24/7 CCTV.
We’re just a short walk from Ravenna’s historic city centre, with easy connections to the University of Bologna’s Ravenna Campus via the free Line 80 shuttle bus. Our community brings together Italian and international students, professionals living away from home, and people who have recently moved to Ravenna.

The university, shops and Ravenna city centre are all within easy reach on foot, by bike or via Line 80, the free weekday shuttle bus. Less time spent organising travel means more time for studying, working and enjoying the city.
Self-contained apartments
Each apartment is a self-contained unit with its own kitchen and bathroom, shared only with the other residents of that apartment. Every apartment comes fully furnished, giving you the comfort and privacy of a space that feels like your own.
International community
Students and professionals from different countries live side by side at Via Marconi. Meeting people from different cultures and speaking different languages is a big part of the experience, adding something valuable to life in Ravenna well beyond study or work.
24/7 security
Resident safety is a priority. Communal areas have controlled access and 24/7 CCTV, helping to provide a secure and comfortable living environment.

There are two types of apartment available: Type 1, with two single rooms, and Type 2, with two twin rooms. The main difference is the level of bedroom privacy and the number of people sharing the kitchen and living area.
