The apartments
Our residence offers modern, functional spaces designed to suit a range of needs. There are 14 shared apartments (45 sqm), each with two single bedrooms — ideal for those who value privacy and quiet. In addition, there are 4 larger shared apartments (64 sqm) with two twin rooms, perfect for those who enjoy a more social living experience.
Two of the apartments are fully wheelchair-accessible and designed for residents with reduced mobility, ensuring a comfortable living environment for everyone.

Our residence has been thoughtfully designed to support residents with reduced mobility. Two apartments have been specifically planned to ensure comfort and ease of access throughout. Doorways are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs, internal layouts allow for easy movement, and bathrooms feature step-free, walk-in showers for safe and practical everyday use.

Bus line 80 is free on weekdays along the route between Via Marco Bussato car park and the Pala de André. With 24 stops across approximately 7 km, it offers a convenient way to travel between parking areas, campus and the city.
